Throughout the unpredictable years of covid, Hugh and Sam have developed a sort of unorthodox style of service. They ask if guests keep all the flatware needed for the entirety of the meal at their table. Hugh or Sam will announce when a course is ready to go. At that time guests will come to the kitchen with the previous course plate or bowl in hand. Sam takes the dirties and Hugh will chat about the dish everyone is about to enjoy. Repeat.
This service model has been well received and we have grown to prefer it. The opportunity to be in the kitchen together, share stories and chat about food between courses incorporates movement and heart to the party. Hosts help out with the wine/water service, which furthers the
cooperative model. We would love to serve, and hang out in your kitchen.

4 course $200 per guest

5 course $225 per guest

7 course $250 per guest

Wine pairings available at bronze, silver and gold levels.Each of these includes a 3 ounce half-glass of greet wine/bubbles, 3 ounce half-glass for each savory course, and a 1.5 ounce dessert wine pour for the sweet course.

Menus are tailored for each party in keeping with the season and reasonable requests. Additional travel and boarding costs apply for outside the metro Atlanta and Athens areas.
